STRATFORD-UPON-AVON

At last... but I have to say that it has been quite disappointing. You expect the best of the best, a beautiful place, an idyllic setting for all the grandeur of Sir William Shakespeare and then you find a small town with less than 1,500 inhabitants, LOTS of souvenir shops, LOTS of tourists going places after their guide and very little else apart from Pizza Huts, Subways, Burger Kings, etc. I visited his birth house and it was OK, then you can visit his grave in a nearby church and if you feel like walking some 3 or 4 kilometres, you can visit Anne Hathaway's cottage (she was Shakespeare's wife). Looking at the pictures you may think that it is a great place but it was hard to find some "clean" spots like these.
I think Stratford is overrated and just on the way you can find many more beautiful towns and landscape like the Cotswolds region with its stone houses and beautiful green hills with sheep grazing.
On the way back to Oxford, a little stop at Warwick Castle.

Order your assessments from the mail rather than from the financial institution! Financial institutions subcontract the publishing out and hike the retail price up so that they come up with a earnings. Mail buy organizations, by comparison, concentrate on printing and definately will normally print specifically to the consumer at less expensive price ranges than you would have to pay out throughout the banking institution.
